Bought a Sprint Moro x from an individual only to find out it was reported last/stolen is there a way to unlock jailbreak or flash so I can use it spent to much money to end up with a brick

You should go after him and get your money back. If you paid by credit card dispute it. If you bought it via a website see what recourse you have. File a claim in small claims court for fraud and if you have proof that the seeker said it was a good phone, then threaten to report it to the police.
