Since OTA update phone freezes on incoming call

Hey guys -
So I downloaded the OTA update for the continuum a few days ago and since then the phone just seems really chopping. I can deal with that part but anytime I get an incoming call I can never drag the green puzzle piece to the slot or if the phone is not locked and I hit the answer button on the ticker the whole phone freezes and the call gets dropped. After this normally happen the phone just goes black for a few min and starts bugging out. Does anyone else have this problem I tried calling verizon but they are ?updating the systems? at the time of the call so they couldnt do anything for me. Any help would be great since I tend to get alot of phone calls and now I cant pick them up

My phone freezes on incoming call frequently. Answer and disconnect key is misplaced and the phone freezes. Tech support said phone is defective. Did anyone else experience this issue?
