Since the OS upgrade to 5.1.2, how can I fix the following messages?

Since the OS upgrade to 5.1.2 I've been seeing the following messages:

Process System isn't responding Options: Report Wait OK

System UI isn't responding, do you want to close it? Options: Report Wait

Do these messages have something to do with the OS upgrade or specific apps?

PS I was running Clean Master and have since installed it.
