single phone number goes directly to vmail on galaxy 6s

all of a sudden a single phone number when calling my galaxy 6s goes directly to vmail. No instant reject on this phone just the phone number blocking but that number is not in that list. Deleted the contact and it still goes into vmail. Text from that number works. Tried everything short of resetting the phone to factory. Anyone have a fix?

Bring the phone into your carrier's store at a time it's convenient for the person to call you. They can call people who can trace the call to see where it's being redirected to vm. It may not be in your phone.
