Skinning battery/alarm/3G/1X on Gingerbread Droid X

I just tried the verified battery file and got the following message:

When I tried to use the 3G/1X my status bar disappeared and when I received a call I could not answer it, the answer/decline option didnt even come up.

UPDATE: I tried your suggestion and deleted the file and rebooted and tried again and got the same message. So I deleted the whole Android Themes folder and made a new folder and redownloaded the file and tried it again and got the same message. So them I tried deleting the folder, uninstalling Metamorph, rebooting, reinstalling Metamorph, redownloading the .zip and I got the same message.

I also deleted the 3G/1X .zip and redownloaded it and I had the same issue with the status bar disappearing completely.

When I get home I'm going to restore my clean deodexed GB and see if that does it, I'll also wipe my SD card and see what that does.

The screen shot is to small to read but I really do not get what you are doing different because it works fine on both my devices. Only thing I suggest it delete NumberBattery_GB folder from AndroidThemes on sd and run again because it is something on your end that is causing the issue.

Just .sbf'd my phone and reinstalled GB and got the same popup that the file isnt written correctly.

UPDATE: I have now tried the file on the original GB, deodexed GB and the new 4.5.588 Rooted GB and I receive the same message. I have tried every download, delete and reinstall imagineable and I have tried it on two different DXs. There has to be something missing or incorrectly written in the file in this forum (the battery file).

Sorry it was my mistake, I changed the files name before uploading and didnt correct the xml to reflect the change... Download the file again I corrected this and this should work now...

Sorry Again, My Mistake...

I just redownloaded the file. I realize it doesnt show up as a download, but I have included screen shots to prove it.

No disrespect but I am not getting why the most simplifies thing is being so difficult, the screen shot proves nothing other than it wanted to download file so I do not know where there is a issue. I can not trouble shot what going on at your end also, I have done everything to try to help but you are not getting any closer to resolving issues. Others have installed this with no issue but you seem to having issues getting it.

I have built theses files plenty times and installed without issues. The files are there and are verified as working for me and others, if you want it installed all you have to do is download and install as instructed in post. Sorry but I have spent enough time with this.

Post below shows no issue with download...

Yea there's some user error going on here. With Metamorph it does all the work for you as long as you put the file in the right place, otherwise all it is is dragging the file to your SD and running it from recovery. Thats how I did it when I was on the GB ROM.
Your screenshot in post #21 is telling you that you picked the wrong file. We all know this from experience with Metamorph. Then again my device has shocked me with what it will install and how succcessfully. Best of luck to ya.
