Doesn't work from TBolt to Mac connections...Also tested it with a friend TBolt to TBolt. The software lags and switching cams is extremely slow and sometimes crashes. The delay in switching cameras is bad. And it seems that when you switch the phone orientation, it really screws up the software. I'll happily uninstall and wait for the official release.. This is not a polished product and probably a pre-release or a virus. LOL

Front facing quality was good and rear facing 8MP cam was crystal clear

If you try to download from the "official" it says it will be coming "soon". There's that four letter word again. So f@#$(N% happy as I think I'm headed on the road, again.

hey bigjohn just wanted to say thanks for the post man! I do not like where they put the black end call button. Called my wife on iPhone4 and said look you grew a mustache, she was like huh???. So I showed her what she looked liked and she was like that ain't funny!

I downloaded it and tried a video call to my wifes account and it will connect fine but I can't get video to turn on at all - on either end. The tease is that my video starts (i.e. the front camera shows my smiling face) but it shuts off when the call is answered. Anyone have thoughts? Oh well, wishful thinking....

I tested it out with a friend a few feet away. I couldn't find a single thing wrong with it. Running on 3G the sound quality wasn't amazing but the video looks great. I bet 4G looks immaculate.

It's very faint, walk into a dark room and check again. When I force close it, it goes away, but while running its back.

Works great from an iPhone 4 to the Tbolt.

tbolt to tbolt has worked great. tbolt to iPhone works great. both connections was over wifi.

Used this on 4g. from my bolt on 4g to my dad's computer on wifi it worked well. sound was ok. nothing special, video was smooth and hardly any video distortion

when my dad got his bolt and we did a tbolt to tbolt video call on 4g we got a lot of video distortion when moving around and some sound dropping.
over all I am just glad it was released (kind of) and works pretty well for a leaked version.

Used it over 3G and it worked great TBolt to PC and TBolt to TBolt. Then we tried it again later and when we held the phone vertically we saw each other upside down.

Nevermind, found a thread about .apk and app managers. "installing an apk file". Anywho....yeah, not touching this skype file. Waiting until the official release.
