Yeah... I am super jealous, I am stuck on verizon (which I don't mind cuz they have the best customer service and go out of there way to help you) but there phones are just not as good as other carriers... I would LOVE LOVE LOVE to have the nexus S on verizon but I don't think it'll ever happen. Iwould just love to have a vanilla android phone right out of the box... and it's already unlocked, couldn't ask for more

Don't worry - sounds like there are a slue of phones comming in Q3 & Q4. And frankly even with the Nexus 2, I'm not so sure I would switch at this point.

Im not worried at all.. I just wish verizon would put something decent out for me to snag... I love my Hinc, i just want a new toy and I have the upgrade and the money to do it all I want is more ROM space, a 4 inch screen, 4g, and a front facing cam... is that tooo much to ask... verizon is the best, but only get second rate phones compared to other carriers

Nexus s (the original) would have been really nice a few months ago. This new one looks even better tho, it has a sd card slot i believe?? and 4g (even tho it's sprint it's probably pretty awesome). I like the samsung hardware, and i guess as a nexus phone it should be set for the next two years as far as updates go.

Good choice.

Verizon seems to always be like 6 months behind the other carriers as far as introducing cutting edge phones, but the service is the best (at least in my part of the country).
