Sleep time keeps changing itself

Hello, had a Google and can't find any info on the issue I'm having...

I set my phone to go to sleep after 30 second of inactivity in the settings in display. However, this always changes itself to 2 minutes every day or so without me changing anything.

Has anyone else had the same issue?
Any fix for it?

I have also noticed this, on my Nexus 5 and Lollipop 5.0. Can't quite figure out what it is causing this. It also switches to 2 minutes after I try to keep it at 1 minute (and isn't 1 minute the factory default, not 2?)

I'm using a Nexus 5 with Lollipop (factory image) and i have changed the sleep setting to 5 minutes about a week ago and it is still the same
