I'll be honest, if I were really interested tracking my sleep habits, I would look for a more dedicated solution for three reasons:
1. The battery on your moto isn't going to let you wear it during the day, and not charge it night . You personal schedule might let you work around that limitation, but generally speaking, the battery life alone pretty much kills this as an option.
2. To my knowledge, this wasn't a primary design function of the moto -- so getting good results with any software seems unlikely.
3. There are a lot of of other options out there that cost less than the moto and are designed for this as one of their primary purposes, and are engineered accordingly.
Wear the mot during the day, your sleep tracker at night while your moto charges. Budget allowing of course.
