Slide show or picture advance not working

After inserting a SDHC card in my Thrive I can click on to view one of the pictures. But when I try to use the advance arrow or when I click what I assume is the play slideshow icon nothing happens?

Can you not advance pictures or play slideshows from the SDHC card or do you need to save everything to the Thrive folder for pictures?

If your in Gallery, in album, click on the a arrow in top right corner, it will start slideshow.

I'm not in Gallery I am viewing the picture from the SD card and the controls for advancing to the next picture or starting a slideshow do not work.

OK, I understand now. Sorry, I thought you were in the gallery. I have my photos on a sd card, but I view them in gallery.
