Slide to zoom camera rather than pinch to zoom

I'd rather be able to slide my finger on the screen to zoom in rather than have to pinch to zoom. Yet I want to keep the original camera, any options or will I have to download a different camera app?

Same, I think the slide for brightness is strange. I dug through the camera app quite a bit but couldn't find anything. You can change the volume rocker to zoom, but Probably have to download a new app for slide to zoom, which I'm not willing to do =/
