Slimport ripoff from amazon

Now that the N72 is selling like crazy Amazon has raised the price on the slimport that allows hdmi from 29.95 to over $60.00. I wonder hiw good the chinese knockoffs are on ebay?

It's not really "Amazon" raising the price. Amazon is sold out so the third party sellers are trying to gouge people. It sucks, but once Amazon gets restocked the price should go back down to the 30 dollar range. No idea when that will be, though...

No, Chromecast cannot do the same thing. There are unsupported workarounds for certain things but that's all for streaming. Can't play a game on Chromecast, among other things.
