Slow after restart

I have a problem that after each restart of my G4, apps such as Lastpass, Entrust, Gallery, using camera with Evernote and more is taking forever to load, and asks me to wait because they are not responding.

After a while, say a day or two, it starts working normal. Until the next time I have to restart the phone.

Any ideas or anyone having same problem with at least Lastpass? It's the one I'm having most issues with.

Android 5.1 since LG is slow to release marshmallow to Telenor in Norway.

Just curious - how tight are you on available RAM space? Settings -> Memory

Definitely. Another app is showing me there's 1.2GB left of the memory, whilst this Resource Lite which I am using is showing 800 approx.

After rebooting the phone it's about 1.1GB available after a couple of minutes.

Starting LastPass, it just hangs and memory is down again to around 850MB.

Not able to find a resource monitor from settings.

How much RAM should I expect to be available approximately when only system services are running?

I don't have a direct answer for you, but if we were talking about a PC, I would say that you are running short of system resources (that is, active RAM), and every time you try to start up a new app the OS has to swap active RAM to disk in order to make room for the new app's memory requirements. I'm not entirely certain that the same process applies to Android OS and, if so, at what point along the available RAM graph it becomes an issue.

I'm really hoping that this is not a RAM issue, as basically the one reason why I switched the the G4 instead of the Nexus 5X was the 5X only having 2GB of ram

The logic.

Available RAM is just wasted RAM in Android. Unless the RAM is failing then it shouldn't be the problem.

Are the apps that are slow to respond stored on the internal or the SD card?

Yea I've checked a bit and found that the available memory that I get doesn't really matter. When it goes down to about 400 or stabilizes there no matter what I open. So RAM looks good really.

They are stored on internal storage. It really is every time I restart the phone...
