Slow after update?

Sorry, I've never done a factory reset.
I'm afraid I'll loose something. LOL.
But all my pix and stuff ar eon the card..
contacts, etc on Google.

Then you sound good to go...only the "user data" is wiped. The OS is untouched.


and unfortunately, as i suspected, killing the processes in the process manager only keeps them down for a few minutes. they WILL launch again. took mine about 12 minutes. i wasn't doing anything on the phone, only watching the process manager. This is why i suggested we need an app or something to block them from starting, assuming it doesn't cause any collateral damage.

Did the factory reset.
Clean slate,
Watching everything now....
booted up to 28% with stock stuff,
then added lp pro now boots up to 37% Ram...
runs smoothly.
I think...I THINK I'm gonna just go with 3 screens and make folders for things instead of using 7 screens.
just a test to see if performance is affected by 7 screens. I know you CAN use 7, but I thought it odd all of a sudden to have 37% with 3 screens.
just pondering.....
