Slow wifi?

What are normal Wi-fi speeds on the S5? I've been testing since I got a new 300/30 Mbit fiber a couple days ago, my S5 connects to my network at 700-800 Mbit (5g) but the speedtest app only gets 47-48 Mb max out of the 300+ I get on the wired pc, is that normal?

Router is Asus RT-AC68U

Edit: getting 235 Mb on laptop, so I discard a router issue.
