SM-G900FD Root

I have SM-G900FD with Lollipop on it.

PDAC3 / CSC:OI1 / PHONE:OE2 (XSG)

Tried to root it with Kingroot but it didn't work. Should I upgrade to Marshmallow and try Kingroot again or is there another way to run it on Lollipop?

Upgrade to Marrshmallow, Android 6.0.1, and then root your G900FD model using [SM-G900*] CF-Auto-Root

Would Kingroot be able to root it with 6.0.1 or must use CF-Auto-Root?

I would strongly recommend using CF-Auto-Root.
