A poster from Finland on XDA has posted screenshots of an OTA KitKat update he received. For now it is just for Nordic countries and not yet available on Sammobile.

My KitKat update have arrived for my SM-P605 LTE. This model was purchased through amazon in the USA. I think this was originally targeted for Japan markets. I can only use the H+ protocol.

Just looked on Sammobile and it seems to me that's no consistency to the releases but I'm sure someone at Samsung has a plan? I did see at the end of April firmwares popping up for Portugal, Spain and France but they disappeared the next day.

Can somebody please post an screenshot of the TOTAL RAM (using CPU-Z app) for SM-P605 after updating to KitKat. Thanks!

NOTE: In JellyBean 4.3, I notice the TOTAL RAM registered in CPU-Z for SM-P605 is only 2410MB (2.41GB). This device is supposedly to have 3GB RAM.
