Small 23MB android update before android 6 update fails

I think this is a small update that happens before I can get the marshmallow update. Anyways, it fails. I tried the delete/format of the system cache process and get the same result.

I think my next option is a factory reset.

Any other options before I try this? Any known apps kill the update process? This is a non-rooted standard installation running 5.1.1 with LMY47X
