Smart Battery Charger Conditioner

Just curious to know if there are any smart batter charger conditioners for cell phone batteries much like the ones used for RCs? Yes, I know most will charge their batteries while housed within, but am inquiring about such intelligent adapters for recharging and conditioning for those that have spare batteries which are removed from the cell phone.

Lithium batteries don't need conditioning unless they've been on the shelf for months. There are universal chargers, though. About the only problem I've found with any of them is with really wide batteries like the LG Optimus G Pro - some of the chargers take a little effort to get that battery in them. (Conditioning is trivial - just use the battery until the phone shuts off, then recharge it. 3 cycles will being the battery back to normal life unless it has problems. You can't "condition" a short out of a battery, or stop one from growing dendrites.)

While I don't see myself leaving the SGN.IV's batteries shelved for months on end, just curious to know if my spare battery can be continuously plugged in its charger? By the way, I have the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 Extra Battery Kit EB-KN910BWUSTA.
