Smart cover quirk

Hi guys

Does anyone use a smart cover? I got a Nillkin one which is really nice and works fine apart from one major problem. Touch is not registered through the glass screen so I cannot change clocks, answer calls or anthing.

Ive double checked settings for this and cant understand why it wont work when everything else about it does such as the auto wake when opened and the clock in the window etc.

Anyone else have anything similer?

I bought a knockoff smart cover, and this doesn't happen to me. Touchscreen works when the cover is closed.

Maybe if you can try another smart cover or reset the software?
