Smart lock not working

Why does smart lock not work any more? Trusted place is added at home

Mine had never worked in any of my galaxy phones....

Ot worked on my galaxy s7 edge and it worked for 2 weeks on my s9+

One wonders if it's a Samsung thing or an android thing.... Other makes have issues with this also...
