Yes it's toggled ON. Google chat has no idea and had to escalate. Not holding y breath but I was wondering why all of a sudden my car Bluetooth and home wouldn't keep my device unlocked. That's when I discovered the Smart Lock menu blank!!!!

When I turn my "trust agent" off then my screen is blank like the OP's, but when I turn it on then everything returns to normal.

Possible permanent solution: I did not have time to read all replies but try to uninstall outlook if you have it installed. This fixed my problem permanently. And I did not even use work email, but just an outlook email address.

The app is so innocent that no one suspect it for years. It enforces some policies even though the policy enforcement for outlook is disabled. So it conflicts with smart lock.

Jumping in on your thread OP. I am having this issue as well. I've had my Ultra for about 3-4 weeks now. About a week ago I noticed my phone was staying unlocked but a few minutes at my home and in my truck. The Smart Locks settings are still there. I restarted my phone a couple times to no effect. It's been like this for 3-4 days then I noticed this am it was back to normal in Smart Lock. But now. Back to showing what the OP showed before. Am I on track to call Samsung? Which I really do not want to do. Or maybe my carrier Verizon.

I've had this happen several times, recently, but a toggle fixes it (annoyingly so).
I'm pretty dependent on Outlook, @0Portal0 , do you have *specific* links/info, regarding the conflicting policies?

A toggle? I see something about Outlook which I do not use on my phone so that cannot be my issue. A couple hours after posting my message just above the options are all back under Smart Lock. No clue what may be happening.

No link here, but this is something I found out about a long time ago. As you may know, smart lock blank page is not something new.
I have tested this on different phones with different android versions. I suspected it because I didn't have the problem until I installed outlook and logged in with my secondary live account.
I also noticed that outlook has it's own device policy (under "device admin apps"). Probably because work related policies for exchange services. In my situation, I suspected that outlook enforces it's own device policy or conflicts with smart lock even though it was disabled under "device admin". I uninstalled it for few days to make sure it is the culprit, and it was.
I also tested outlook once again with my new android 13 phone. The problem occurred not long after I installed and logged in with outlook. Since removing it, I haven't had the "blank smart lock" issue again.
To people, who do not have outlook installed... look at "device admin apps". If you have anything with "policy" in it, try to uninstall it. It's not enough to disable it. If nothing suspicious there, make sure that you don't have an exchange email account setup, because it can also enforce some security policy, which can conflict with smart lock. If you do, try to remove it for few days and see if it solves your issue.

Settings -> Security & Privacy -> More Security Settings -> Trust Agents
From here, toggle "Smart Lock" off/on, effectively revoking and reenabling the permissions.

This works every time, for me, but it's still a PITA, IMO.

@0Portal0 I've been using Smart Lock for a long time now, at least a couple of years, and have always had Outlook, across those installs, with multiple accounts, with not a single issue with Smart Lock, until this.
I get where they're both trust agents, but I'm a bit wary to call it "the issue". I think there's an Android bug here, but it's not an easy repro, or at least not consistent for me.

mine too was blank, a quick toggle later and it's back.
Probably wouldn't have noticed if I didn't read this.

I had a blank screen when I went to look at mine tonight as well, but I rebooted the phone and everything showed up for whatever reason. I use Outlook

Had the same problem but on A14 Beta. Now see in this beta it's called Extend Unlock. Every so often it stops working and I have to toggle it off and back on to get it back working

May update, issue still there.
Hmm, there's clearly more to this, I saw this a LOT, perhaps 75% of the time, after connecting a trusted device, on the previous couple of releases, but not (yet) on the May release.
I'm starting to wonder if this is more of a Bluetooth problem, then with the security construct...
