Smart Lock / Unlock not working

Has anyone been having any issues with Smart Lock / Unlock? It appears mine has stopped working. Furthermore, my configuration screen is blank when it stops working. I rebooted the phone last night and the configuration screen came back temporarily. But now it's gone again and Smart Unlock has stopped working. I have my Garmin Epix 2 watch and Samsung Buds 2 Pro configured in the Smart Lock settings.

I went to Trusted Devices and Smart Lock was already turned on. But I turned it off and then on again and my Smart Lock settings came back. I'm not sure what's going on with this. But at least I seem to have a work around for getting it working again. Thanks!

I haven't owned a single Samsung flagship where Smart Lock has worked consistently 100% of the time. It always seems to have a mind of its own and works when it wants to whether it's on body detection or trusted places. Frustrating that after all these years they still haven't gotten it right.
