Smart stay isn't working...

It says the screen stays on as long as im looking at it. When I look away it doesnt go off??

Am I missing something?

Then that's why it won't turn off. Shorten it and you will see the difference. Smart Stay is working. You're just not aware of how it synergizes with the onscreen timeout.

Smart stay is where if you keep looking at your screen it won't turn off as long as it senses your eyes are looking at it
