Smart switch from iOS: Photos not in DCIM

Hello, newbie here.
I have used Smart Switch to transfer data from an iPhone to a Samsung Galaxy A20e. All the data has transferred successfully, but the photos are not visible within the Gallery or even in a DCIM or images folder in My Files.

The photos are available to via the Google Photos app, but they haven't actually been transferred to the phone memory itself.

Does anyone have a solution to this? Perhaps this involves a transfer from G Drive, but would like some advice on whether the Smart Switch process needs to be carried out again first.

Welcome to Android Central! In Google Photos, select one of those photos, then look at the Details -- what directory pathname does it show there?
