Smart switch not connecting to phone since last update

Note8 on Verizion. Recently, my smart switch to the pc isnt connecting th the phone any more.

Checked that debug mode was on.

Any other advice?

Found a newer version and installed it over the existing one on the PC. Its seeing my phone again
