Smart Switch or Google Restore?

I am switching from Note 3 to Note 7. I don't trust helium with my data. Which will restore more/better/easier smart switch or google restore? Does wireless smartswitch work as well and do as much as the wired version?

Since your upgrading to another Samsung device, I would recommend you use Smart Switch. Samsung has developed the app to make it easier and faster for its customers to upgrade their galaxy devices.
