Smart Switch says Software Update Only now

I have an S7 that took an update yesterday. Today, when I went to use Smart Switch to back up my phone, it also updated itself.
Now I get this message when I run Smart Switch. It worked perfect before the update. This is my personal phone, not work related.
Please help !!

So on the phone you don't have anything work related on it ?

Nothing work related. Smart Switch has worked perfect for the past 2 yrs. Problem started when the phone did an update (around 250mb). I tried another PC with Smart Switch and I'm getting the same error.

I haven't touched Package Disabler since I installed it a long time ago when I got the phone.
It started after the phone did an update a couple of days ago.

Google backup was grayed out too, works now.
