smart switch won't recognize note 8?

I backed it up once but, deleated it because I wanted to make a backup without the email but, it wont recognize the note 8 now on smart switch a second time on my pc? Thanks!

I've tried all 6 ports on front of pc the note 9 is recognized by smart switch on pc just fine

I was able to backup the note 8 once then deleted must be some kind of traces left on pc I re-installed smart switch on pc and phone

Smart Switch worked fine on my note 8 plus.

When u plug the note 8 in computer without smart switch , does it recognize?

Try re-download the drivers from smart switch

yes pc said they were already installed and the note 9 pops right up when it's hooked up
