Smartphone hacked

Hi guys,
it seems my phone is hacked. I got large amount of data usage for unknown user and app and my power button is not functioning well. My phone was turning on for 20 minutes, but later it turned normal. Is there any way I can check if lunatic used camera or screenshots? Some kind of log.

Do have a reason to believe that a person has your username and password? If so, step one would be to change the password and probably enable 2FA.
