Question smartphone with biometrics for industrial use

Looking for a recommendation of a solid smartphone with image recognition and NFC to be used as time clock by my customers; face recog or Mifare card as fallback. I have wall mount already. No cloud software needed. WiFi + 4G. Main priority stable android for industrial use without preinstalled junk, preferably community controlled android version . Or point me to an industrial user forum where to ask this. Thanks!
