Smartshare on the note 9 but touch is not working?

So on my note 9 i could mirror my screen onto my lg tv. Worked fine for like 2 weeks but someday my brother started clicking on the magic remote when i was connecting to the tv. When it connected i could control the phone with my fingers on the screen only the s-pen or the magic tv remote. Volume and power button works only the touch not. Anyone has any idea how to fix this?
