SmartSwitch Problem: when done, most of the apps are greyed out

when smartswitch finished, most of the apps are merely greyed out and NOT transferred.

they are merely the app's icon on the home screen, but greyed out. pressing it won't open the app, it just says "no app" and i'd have to download it.

well, this has never happened before in any of my previous new phone transfers!

wonder what's wrong this time?

it also says that it is self organizing for the NEXT 8 HOURS! sheesh!

the phone is running VERY HOT, especially if you touch the back of the phone.

does anyone else have this experience please? thanks.

It does take about 2 hours though, at end is when it installs all of the apps.
