Anyone have issues with music cutting in & out? I had a terrible 1st ezperience on a run today. Music cut in and out the whole time. Ruined my run for sure. Using OT Tags if that matters.

I had a similar problem, but it didn't really start until I got a little sweaty, which might be the problem. I heard that water/sweat can impede some of the Bluetooth frequency. I wear my watch on my left wrist and the receiver on my headphones is in my right earbud. I switched my watch to my right wrist and the problem went away. Not ideal, but it worked. I would think that Bluetooth signal would be strong enough to compensate for the short distance between my left wrist and my right ear though....

I have never had an issue with my SW3 and my LG Infinims. My range with the headset and the wear watch is well over 20 feet also. When running/biking I have never had a cut-out.

I don't (yet ) have the SW3, but I use my BT headphones when running (streaming from my S6 in armband).

I sometimes get cutouts, and from what I've read about BT in general, it's not a fan of water. This includes YOU, OP! ;) But seriously, if I turn my head so that it is between the receiving ear and the phone, it cuts out. Our darn watery bodies can interfere. Try using the phone on your other wrist.

Also, it could be the headphones. My old pair of BT headphones would never break signal, but they were bulky and uncomfortable. My new ones are Monster brand, look similar to Jaybirds, and they cut out much more often. I'm actually considering switching back to the bulkier ones for running, because I agree that this experience totally ruins a run.
