Smashed my phone

[AC Question]

I dropped my phone and screen is black. I want to retrieve contents off it and wipe it as I have a new one coming. I want to put info on to PC. I've gone on find my phone but it's saying my phone is offline. Help please.

it might help if you tell us what phone it is, maybe it can be turned on without the need to see the screen, but i cant see anyone being able to help without knowing what phone it is.
