Smears (caused by Weight above) on my cell phone screen, solution?

I have a note 3 not long ago I took a trip and I supported my heavy backpack on my leg, on the side of the pocket where my phone was kept.

After that he got a stain/smaer (liquid?!) on the screen, in the past was bigger, and decreased the size with time, watch the video to see and understand:

Sometimes it increases a little and sometimes decreases, and if I press the screen increases or decreases, it seems something simple to fix, but would like to share the case and wondering if anyone has experienced this and what solution found.
