SmrtGuard Issue

Is anyone else having an issue with their phone rebooting everytime they try to back up the SMS on a phone?

I didn't that problem but for me SmrtGuard would randomly force close. Their support was useless having only sent me some FAQ type info on activation and totally ignoring further questions for help with MY problem. Once I got the email that my trial was ending and that I would have to pay I uninstalled it.
