SMS app for Android with robust spam blocking?

I use Pulse SMS on my S21+ as my default app. It also offers Windows/iOS apps to access SMS on a PC/iPad. While Pulse can blacklist individual numbers, it doesn't offer filters with wild cards to exclude numbers by range, such as all numbers that begin with 201. Does anyone know of an app that includes adequate spam filtering plus apps for Windows & iOS?

Presently, I use Calls Blacklist as my phone spam blocker, and it's great. Although it includes an SMS app, I must use it as the default, and it doesn't offer Windows/iOS apps. Thanks.

Try TEXTRA. I rarely get text spam on my S22.
