sms cause code 65535 error class 3 fix?!?!

I had no problems with my thunderbolt for the first 2 weeks and now i cannot send any texts. Only one goes through occasionally no matter what carrier im sending to (verizon, att, etc.) I have taken my battery out, rebooted, taken my sim card out, nothing is fixing this and its unacceptable to pay $90 a month and not have working service. Any fix found yet, no solution found in goggle as far as i've searched.

I called Verizon and unfortunately they were closing in 15 minutes...i'll update more when i get it sorted out tomorrow...they say it is a network issue and not hardware...we'll see
