SMS/MMS Messaging App for Verizon Galaxy Tab S2

I have a Verizon Galaxy Tab S2 that Im using on Tmobile's network. My Tmobile data plan comes with unlimted text messages, but the tab s2 didnt come preloaded with a sms/mms messaging application. I was wondering if there was a way I could download an application that would allow me to send and receive text messages using my Tmobile number. Currently using Mood Messaging which allows me to receive messages via the tmobile number but outgoing messages fail when I try to respond. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I've never worked at T-mobile but usually a tablet isn't provisioned to be able to use its own number for talk or text, it's for data usage only. I doubt there is a way to get it to use the tablet number as T-mobile probably doesn't let tablets talk/text.
