Sms not working after CM 10.1 JB

I could need some help.

I just finished installing [ROM-AOSP] Official CM10.1 (JB 4.2.2) [NIGHTLIES] from the dev forums. Everything seems to be working just fine, except sending SMS's.
I can receive them but every SMS I try sending, fails.
I tried updating the SMSC number from the *#*#6496#*#* menu and toggle on/off some of the settings there, but nothing changed.

radio On
IMS registration required OFF
SMS over IMS ON
lte ram dump OFF

Have you been able to resolve your SMS problem? So other than the SMS issue, how is CM running on your D4? I'm considering putting it on my phone, but I'm a little hesitant to make the switch. I've noticed that the last official build seems to have slowed down my phone a little bit. Does CM run any smoother? Anything I should be concerned with?
