SMS with Photo Attachment

Hi,

I am not able to send an SMS Message with a Picture Attachment. I was able to send before and I dont know what stupid action I did, it does not work now.

I can no longer send attachments with a text msg. I get the "sending..." prompt for about 15 minutes, then I get a message that the text could not be sent.

Does anyone have any ideas about this? How do I resolve this?

I use T-Mobile 30 dollar plan for 100 mins and unlimited text and 5GB data pre-paid plan on my nexus 4 device.

looks like an APN issue. not sure what to set but its worth checking the settings
