Snapchat video frozen

I have a Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge. When I open the video-snap, I get a picture of the start of the video, but nothing more. The audio works like it should, but the video is like a picture. I do not have this problem with anyone else, and neither does she.This problem only occurs with one of my friends and it happens with every single video she sends. Can anyone help?
