My Note9 is from T-Mobile and I don't recall having any network issues. How do I find the info in these screenshots on my device so I can compare? Also which game were you having issues with so I can also test.

Edit: I found the APN settings and mine look just like yours and I have great service on TMo.
Um any other picture taken with any other phone would be pixelated/blur if you zoom in too much......
I just went to a Halloween event today and all my friends were saying how my note 9 has such a great low light camera! The photos turned out great! Not mention the Bluetooth s pen makes selfies easyyy

I find the note 9 and my s9+ have the best low light picture of any phone I used including my pix 2xl and 3xl it had more details and more light.

Lol.. pixel camera still the best just point and shoot . Love stock Android also
The game is Darkness Rises. On data it will be able to update, get up to log in. When you try to log in, it just doesn't connect to server. Apparently is an issue with other people using note 9 on Tmobile.
Ok. Then how about these pictures zoomed in on my note 8 and with half the zoom on the 9.

It did lock up on the sign in screen and to test it I closed the app and turned on WiFi and it went though no problem. I also began to play Chapter 1 and halfway through I cut off WiFi and it kept playing through the level but then hung up again when about to go to the next level. Not really sure why this app is doing this, I bet there's something wrong with the app and nothing to do with the Note9 or T-Mobile but who knows...

Works on wifi. Not with data. Had no issues with note 8.
When I googled the only people with this problem were 9 series users on T-mobile network.
Again. 0 problems with note 8 on same network.

This is a problem with the camera software. Same with the people having problems with fur.

Some people are saying the Scene Optimizer is making photos more washed out, might be the culprit.
Thanks for the tip. I turned it off. Will try again next time with it on and off. Will post results.
