Its starting to be rolled out now, though depending on what version you have it may take months before you get it .

I just hope it isn't like the S5 release. Those guys are HATING this update.

I may wait quite a while to install 5.0 since my 4.4.4 is running fast and rock solid (believe it or not) on my Note 4.

I have it since last week on my N910f model and 5.0 is way better on my note 4, no lag and very fluid.

I've read the Note Edge has gotten the update in some market, I forget where, but apparently Samsung has fixed one issue that's been highlighted, the lack of a mute option, through including it in their Touchwhiz UI
