So tired of the same issues

So I took my phone into a T-Mobile store to have it looked at. Been having issues, such as no data with the ! showing when I clearly am in a good coverage area, the way I can't disconnect phone calls due to the glitch where Hanging up is displayed in the Google dialer, and how on average 40% of all text messages will not send.

T-Mobile store said my phone is good. When I talk to T-Mobile over the phone, they give me quick fixes but nothing that lasts more than a few hours. They tell me to clear cache, I do. They tell me to factory reset the phone, done. They tell me to reboot device, done, several times a day. All are temporary fixes that result in the same issues returning shortly after. What does it take to RMA this thing? Ahhh! I've tried everything and its like I'm stuck with a malfunctioning $600 P.O.S.

Sorry for the rant. But I'm curious, how can I get this thing RMA'd?

No I haven't. I'm still making payments to T-Mobile. So I don't think Motorola could help.

I don't think anything like that applies. If it did, one would have to pay off the device before the warranty is up.

That shouldn't be a problem. You'll still have to make payments on the replacement (or the same phone if they repair and return it).

What did T-Mobile say when you told them all of their fixes are not working (or only working for a few hours)? At some point, they need to acknowledge that the phone needs to be replaced.

Well I called them the other evening and told them my data is not working AGAIN. And that I'm sick and tired of not having a reliable phone. The rep seen all of the times I called about the same issue and told me we can FINALLY do an RMA.

Its funny because I thought the issue was fixed when I did yet another factory reset, but then last night, coming home from work, while trying to call my wife, my phone was stuck on the Hanging up... cycle. Then data was not working either. I'm so glad I'm finally getting a fixed phone. However, T-Mobile is sending me a refurbished phone. F T-Mobile! I payed for a new phone and this is what I get. I guess I deserve it because I have stayed with them so long. A valued, long term (10 years) customer my a$$.
