So what cases are you all getting?

Not sure of the complaints about the leather case. I love mine...the camera on the s20 (regular) sits just below the surface and the fit and finish is just outstanding. Feels nice and soft when holding and typing on it. I have 4-5 other cases and none are even close to as complete as the leather case IMO.

Yeah it's all personal preference in terms of case, I personally don't want some chunky protected case. Need something light, nice looking and feeling that can prevent scratches and light falls. Otherwise it's fine.

I'll get the pitaka case since I use their wireless magnetic mount car charger.

Pitaka does make very strong cases for the weight. I've taken one that I did not use and tried to rip it apart and could not. The case was like trying to take apart steel with my hands.

Anyway does the Pitaka case still let the camera module stick out? The Spigen case I bought takes care of this, so the phone can be put down on either side.

I do NOT want a case that lets that big camera module stick out.

My Spigen case, took a snapshot of it. This is a Spigen Tough Armor case. Very inexpensive but does a great job.

Just got my Ultra last night and put it into the Samsung silicone case I had sat waiting. Its nice but doesn't feel nearly protected enough around the front edges or the camera array. I laid it down on the table and could easily hear the camera glass landing on the surface and not the case doing so which it should. Hoping my Spigen Rugged Armor hurries up from Amazon now
The Spigen neo hybrid does a good job protecting the camera so I imagine the rugged armor will do a great job. Thankfully all of the cases I bought have some sort of protection for the camera bump.

People need to make sure they get a phone case that does pop over the camera module so if layed down camera facing down it does NOT scratch the camera module. My Spigen case did this well. Now when I put the phone down camera module down it lays flat.

Also you can always buy some cheap plastic screen protectors, or even some thin glass ones and trim them down to cover your camera module for extra protection.

I'm holding off on too many cases until Samsung fixes this camera issue.

Starting to think it's a hardware problem that can't be fixed with a software update.

I went to Walmart today and was just looking around... Check out what phone this case is for

I didn't realize Samsung had such nice leather cases, definitely going for one of those when I get an S20 in a few weeks.

I ordered a red one from amazon yesterday. The Samsung official leather. Even with prime it’s going to take a week to get here. It said they are putting essential order first with them shipping out. Understandable.

Yeah that kind of stuff is taking a back seat right now for sure. Was it any cheaper on Amazon?

It was still $49.99 but I had a $20 code so it made it cheaper for me to buy from amazon instead of Samsung. I haven’t seen a red leather yet in any store so not much options to buy from.

I want that same Red leather one, too.

Once you receive it, let us know if the feel of it, is similar to the Apple Leather case, i.e. not slippery. As per a few reviews on Amazon, it seems to be slippery. However, I am willing to bet that over time, with body oils and such, that goes away.

The Apple one is a slippery too until your body oils soak in too. I hope this will be the same too.
