So what cases are you all getting?

I usually go with the UAG pylo, they didn't make that for the ultra either, so I went with the carbon monarch. I looked at the civilian, but since I was ordering online and couldn't look at it I went with what I know.

How’s the monarch in terms of weight considering the ultra is a chubby boy? Haven’t got my hands yet on the ultra. It’s still not out in India :(
Have a 11 Pro Max so weight is not an issue for me as such.

Just ordered this Spigen Liquid Air Armor. Had the phone for a week - its time to give it some support. I wanted thinnest case possible with good enough protection from waist height. This should do perfectly, and the grip looks solid. I like the clean look.

I personally don't think it adds much weight, it's light. UAG is known for light weight, less bulk and good protection

20200307_110526.jpg20200307_111702.jpg20200307_111741.jpg The cases I chose for my s20 ultra were the Schnail Titan and Schnail Saviour. I got my phone on Friday morning and used the Titan case. I like the titan because of the kickstand. The case is heavy duty and rugged but feels smooth. It is easy to grip the phone. The case does make it feel a little bulky, but when you buy a case, the object of a case is to protect it, which this case does. This case comes in two parts. In order for me to get the phone in the case, I had to take out the frame and then put my phone in the frame and then put it in the case. When I tried putting my phone in the case, I couldn't get it all the way in. This is a nice case.

I used the Schail Saviour case yesterday and of the 2 cases, I like the look and feel of this one better. The only thing missing is the kickstand. I love the feel of this case. It is clear and has metal frame which makes it feel extra sturdy. The case has a fantastic feel and doesn't add much bulk. This is the main case I will be using for my s20 ultra.

That's the one I have also. (Spigen Liquid Air) I tried a different case but it was too bulky. This is just about right.

Otterbox Symmetry Series for my S20 Ultra from my local AT&T store: https://forums.androidcentral.com/e...galaxy-s20-ultra-5g-black.html&token=x5A8yl68

I loathe big fat obese squared edge blocky cases that look like they should be used for laying patio pavers instead of something to go into your pocket and got tired of soft silicon cases because they're hard to slide in and out of my pocket because they can be too grippy. I find the Otterbox Symmetry Series to be perfect if you want a slim rounded feel, have the ultra sit flat on its back since the camera is ever so slightly recessed inside the case, and when I say slightly, it looks flush but it's actually recessed and don't worry the case doesn't make the phone feel fat at all, very slim feel. It slides in and out of my pocket perfectly, not too slippery like having no case but not overly grippy like a softer silicon case that can feel like it's sticking inside your pocket. It offers good side holding grip and the button presses actually feel much better than without a case!

Perfect case for people who want their ultras to maintain the thinnest and rounded feel possible while being able to sit flat on its back, have great feeling buttons, perfect amount of grip, not too much, not too little, slide in and out of your pocket right in between having no case and a silicone case (closer to having no case but I would still feel confident going on a roller coaster with this case where as no case would risk the slippery glass phone to come out). Best Buy's site shows that they also carry it. I didn't want to order and wait and needed a case right away so I just stopped into my local AT&T store and tried it on the phone and liked it. Feels very high quality.

The Mrs is using the Samsung pink LED back case and I've got the Samsung gray leather case. Love 'em both.

Currently using the Tech 21 for the S20+. Got both today. I'll use this for awhile until I get bored with it and try Spigen again.

How is the camera side with that case? I usually always use the tech21 case but they screwed up the camera protection on the ultras case ( camera sticks out of case) I'm scared to get one for my s20+ as it'll be the same deal no camera protection

yeah...I love this case too, but I was not happy with how it did not protect the camera bump on the back. It was flush with the case. I went with the Samsung Rugged only because it had a mm or two that gave me some piece of mind. wish the sym had the same.

yup...me too. took the tech21 case back yesterday for the same reason. got the samsung rugged since it gave a little recession of the camera bump within the case.

I originally bought the Spigen Tough Armor (have used this case for all my phones), and used that for a few days. Then I picked up a Spigen Slim Armor CS. It has the credit card compartment. Both cover the camera bump well. The credit card compartment I have my paper insurance card, my drivers license, and my check card. It works well. I didn't carry my wallet with me all weekend. Any rewards card I might need (Walgreens, Speedway, Grocery store, etc...) have apps and i can just bring them up on my phone. I can also use samsung pay, so i don't really even need to open the credit card department. Wireless charging works fine even with the cards.

I'm jumping on that Spigen clear case with the kickstand. I like the colors of my phones, so I want them to shine through. Case has arrived. Picking up my phone in a few days.

Ordered the same case I got on my Note 10+. Now, hope it gets here when the phone does Wednesday :)1f.jpg

I've been rocking the Spigen liquid crystal and it offers good protection but it is a little thicker than the version I had on my note 10+. I ordered a Ringke air s in lavender gray today to see how that fits. The pictures seem promising.
