Yeah hopefully. That happened to me every time I looked at the screen it seemed. But with me the wifi toggle when I looked was already toggled off. It had exhausted the search for wifi and disabled it. I would turn it back on and it was a crap shoot whether it found any or not. Sometimes I had to reboot the phone to find any again. A reset of my network settings didn't help, factory reset only helped for a short while then it started all over again.So I woke up this morning with my phone on 5G and WiFi in my house was working fineA toggle of WiFi off then on got it connected again, but twas odd and made me think of your issue @bkeaver ... Although my battery didn't take a hit at all.
Hopefully this was a one time thing ...
