Launch party Wed. I'm expecting every site will have a review up Thursday morning
These guys probably are using them right now.

when can we expect them?

I doubt the reviews will be that early. How long did it take for the Incredible reviews to show up? A week, maybe a little more in advance?

Either way, once they show up, I will watch each and every one that I can find! :)

Previews typically show up around the time a device is launched, and then a full review a short time later. I'd give it a week or two from launch for all the sites to have major in depth reviews, maybe sooner.

Ohhh trust me there are gonna be review all over the place..everybody wants to talk and write about this phone what i,ve been wondering is there any website that will stream the event live...i want to be a witness ..lol

I hope it will work out the way it did with the Incredible, reviews a week before the devices release!

MannyZ28 I hope you're right... But this is Sprint we're talking about here... The company that always underwhelms people when it comes to showcasing new phones... We're talking about the company that advertised the Samsung Instinct as the iPhone killer... Not saying that the HTC EVO won't be awesome, it's just that Sprint doesn't seem to market their phones all that well... Unlike Verizon.

I'm pretty certain we'll some reviews prior to release. Usually these companies send out units to popular gadget sites and then have an NDA that gets lifted at some point before release (usually seems to be a week or two) where they can then publish reviews.

The Sprint pre last year had reviews published prior to release from a few select sites. I'm pretty sure we'll see something similar for the EVO.

Exactly. It's like you wake up and EVERY site now has a review and the ones that don't have it later in the morning, (slackers).
I guess the late FCC approval would kinda rule out people having the phone but that doesn't quite explain the phones we've seen floating around.

Just wondering if our favorite sites have it right now and aren't talking because of the NDA.

I am guessing we will get some pretty general reviews tomorrowish since the Sprint Evo preview is tonight (or is it on the 15th?) Either way I think the reviews will start showing up shortly.

Look for engadget and A|C

It's tonight at 6:00 PM EST. I assume we'll see some new info trickle out from this, but it's not an official launch so I wouldn't expect too much. I'd be happy with a launch date, device, and plan pricing.

There's apparently a webcast with Jeffries today where Sprint will announce pricing. I wonder if that's before the evening launch party?

I bet Phil and Dieter already have one and are probably posting on the forums with it! Lol ;-)

Somebody check the server logs! Oh, that would be there job /:

So wait.. If this launch party isn't an official launch event then what is it?!
I'm expecting everything being released tonight. Pricing, date, pre-order.

Still waiting. There's one review up, been linked in other threads.
Plus AndroidCentral is giving away an Evo, Sounds like they have one in hand.

I'm thinking an NDA until a certain time. These are fairly common in the industry. One day every tech site will have their review up at the same time - this is because the time period for the NDA expired.
